Daily listing of tablespace space and archivelogs of prev 6 days -- published and email
Daily listing of significant Alert.log messages. -- email Hourly check on free extent size , maxextents etc -- email + SMS alert repeated every hour till the problem is cleared Hourly check on locked database accounts (failed_login_attempts) email + SMS for Key dataabases and login attempts generating returncode > 28000 -- email Check on database avaialibility by querying V$instance -- email + SMS alert repeated every 15minutes till the database is available {can be disable for blackout windows} Thrice a day check for failed jobs -- email Thrice a day check for high Archivelog rates (6 hours hourly avg v avg of prev 24hours , 24hours hourly avg v avg of prev 72 hours) - email Half hourly check on sessions waiting on enqueue for more than 3 seconds -- email alert
