When I read the sentence "working as an Oracle performance engineer for HP Windows Integrity Engineering in Redmond, Washington", I automatically ASS_u_ME_d he was working for Micro$haft :)

Btw: a Google search on "dm_os_wait_stats" shows a link to another PDF presentation at Oaktable titled "What Larry should have told Bill many years ago" on this same subject from Miracle A/S.
