Thanks everyone for your suggestions. One person checked IOUG. I didn't think to check RMOUG. I'll do that today. I also will be contacting all the companies that were suggested. I know my boss wants to stick with local companies, but I personally do not have that bias since I used to do remote support and it worked out very well. I intend to give information on both local and remote support to my boss.
