WRT 9.2.0.8, there's only one thing that's bitten us, and it only applies if you have any SQL embedded within a PL/SQL block that gets data via a database link from another 9.2.0.8 database on a platform with different "Endianness" - for us, Linux and HPUX. We went from 9.2.0.4 to 9.2.0.8, but I don't think this was a problem with 9.2.0.6. Anyway, see bug 5671074 for the one-off patch.

9.2.0.6 to 9.2.0.8

Hi,

We are planning to go from 9.2.0.6 to 9.2.0.8 on SunOS. This is to be on the latest patch set for 9. The application uses Java. Is there any known change needed for application code for this or any known issues for it. Thanks for the information and help.
