Just to clarify, the v490 is NOT a flat memory box. It turns out the memory
accesses to the local board and a remote board have different times. The
differences are pretty small, but they are not 0. MPO was enabled on that
box to help and performance did improve a bit.

...Yes, David, thanks for correcting me. It is a Fireplane (interconnect) box. Poor oversight on my part.

Gee, isn't NUMA fun?
