I'll second that. I have been using GC for about 6 months for management and perf tuning. I like it, but I think some improvements could be made, especially with the alerting mechanism.

Worth to mention that 10.2.0.3 OEM  upgrade was the first upgrade I
had installed without any tweaking - just like it should be. So it's
getting more and more stable.
