Investigating all our servers about half of them are affected and half aren't. Oddly, there is no consistency for database version or OS version, the only consistency is which company the database existed in prior to our merger (the ones from my old company are experiencing the error). We treated the servers identically for DST prep. There is a hardware difference (we used Sun and they used Fujitsu).

I have an SR open with Oracle and will report back when I have an answer.

We have 9.2.0.6 running on AIX 5.2 and the alert log date/time is correct. No patch applied to Oracle; however, we did patch the OS for DST.

I have an unpatched 10.2.0.2 on RHEL3 in Green Bay, WI that is doing just fine.
