RAC basic question

Hi all,

I have following case un tested.

For example I have 2 set of servers namely RAC1, RAC2 and NONRAC

I installed and configured 10g in RAC1 and RAC2 instace name RAC

Can I use the datafile from RAC and create NonRAC database? (Assume that the datafiles are copied over using hot backup or cold backup) Please note the system.dbf is included, just basically everything.
