Ujang,  

You did just about everything the wrong way that you possibly could do. You missed having only one control file on the lost disk.  

Have you contacted Oracle Support yet? No matter what happens, the data in the lost data files is gone. You might be able to comment out the undo_tablespace parameter in the init.ora file to get the database back up, and then bring the data files on line one at a time. But then you will run into recovery problems.  

You might be hosed. Start looking for your database create scripts.

folks,

and luckily user was SHUTDOWN ABORT database after make datafiles OFFLINE, so when startup, it always try to find the missing undo file.....
this is worst case, please help me on this situation......
