You didnšt mention what directory you were using. If itšs Active Directory, Oracle has a white paper
(http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/windows/wp/Oracle_with_Active_Directo ry_TWP.pdf) that seems to indicate that what you want to do is possible. Išve never done it myself though.
