I would like to delete the superfluous databases from [the connection] list. Any suggestions? Peter On 8.6, you can delete entries from the list by right click (multi-select allowed), and then delete. Sorry, can't recall if 7.3 was the same. But the entries used to kept in a TOAD.INI file (typically under C:\Program Files\Quest Software\TOAD - I still have some hanging around) and look like this: [LOGIN1] SERVER=DEV1 USER=developer PROTOCOL=TNS LASTCONNECT=06/11/2006 16:17:22 CONNECTAS=NORMAL [LOGIN2] etc... You could always delete from this file... The new version lives under ...\Toad for Oracle\ and has a much more complicated file structure to navigate HTH Regards Nigel
