Hi,    

  From the error the problem could be because of the redirect packet sent back to the client   The redirect packet may have the short name of the server and the client might not be able to resolve it.   You may have to put entries in the hosts file of your client or look at your configuration of   remote_listener and local_listener parameters (Check ML 311099.1)
