I have Windows XP SP2, and this email also had improperly formatted characters, and was rather poorly laid out. I almost mistook this email for "junk mail".

And now I realize that I just expect this type of (poor) correspondence from Oracle.

Oracle Support sent out an e-mail today touting their new improved SR process. This message probably looks just fine to those of you on Windows, but on a Mac it's littered with upside-down question marks and 3/4 symbols, artifacts of having been composed in Word. The formatting is also somewhat off. The overall effect is sloppy and unprofessional, and yet eerily appropriate to this discussion of dissatisfaction with Oracle Support....
