No Jan CPU Patch for 9206 on Linux?

It's my understanding that Oracle will nto be putting out a Jan 2007 CPU Patch for Oracle 9.2.0.6 on Linux. Does anybody know anything about this? Is this Oracle's way of forcing an upgrade to 9208?
