See Metalink note 3645969 about this documentation bug. Database Reference of 10G Release 2 gives the possible values for that column.

Did you check v$session_wait to see what you session is waiting for?

Hi,

Trying to find out what is the explanation of a value in the object_status column of v$sql.
We have one SQL that is showing with a object_status of INVALID_UNAUTH. Metalink and Oracle DOC do not explain the meaning of this. What is the cause for the status to be set to this value?. The session that is running this query is ACTIVE but is in a hung state for the last few hours.

Oracle 9.2.0.7 on Win 2003 server.
