FS in both the HPUX and AIX cases that I'm testing. I'm using CIO for Oracle (10.2 w/filesystemio_options=setall), but the filesystem is not mounted with o=cio or dio.

Again, are we talking FS or Direct I/O with these cases where greater than 255KB seems to cause big problems?
