Well,

I have a query that has identical plan in 9204/9208. Identical from trace file, using dbms_xplan, stats are pretty close (difference is less than 5%). In production 9204, it runs in few seconds, in 9208 takes 4700+ seconds due to excessive index scans.

Any gotcha's with 9208 that I probably missed reading? Cheers
