Umm...no....  

There are disassemblers out there, that can produce assembly. But you're not going to find anything that produces C code, let alone Pro*C code....

Subject: PRO*C code

Is it possible to recreate the C or PRO*C code from the executable. I had one application written in PRO*C and I am missing both pc or .c file and so is it possible to recreate some source code from the Executable.
