This "reproduce without vendor clusterware" is the biggest red herring out there. If
you are using software not listed in the RAC TEchnology Certification Matrix for the
platform you are on. If you are suing something listed here:

this monkey business about reproducing without vendor clusterware is just pure scare tactics
to get you to use platforms other than what you have chosen. If Microsoft used such tactics
there would be a law suit.
