Seems like you are using automatic UNDO? Logically, you could do this by changing the UNDO
to manual first, by creating other rollback segments on another tablespace. Once you transfer
all the transactions to use the new rollbacks you could take the UNDO tablespace down and recreate.

But just a thought - Why do you need to re-create the UNDO?

Any comments geeks?
