List who has the privilege to gather statistics and audit those IDs. I doubt that it is coming from within the Oracle instance because of that jump in time. I have not observed that in any Oracle jobs, at least not with the old dbms_job types. I don't have enough experience with the 10g scheduler to tell for sure that it is immune to the daylight savings change.
