Specifically, we use something named Sitebuilder. Don't know much past that, maybe you can Google for it. As Stephen points out, there are quite a few products - freeware, shareware, and commercial - that deal with the idea of build-it-yourself web content. I just mentioned it because we're a little past the point of having a three-ring binder on the shelf for people to share.
