Gopal,

Thanks for getting back.

After a thorough search, I concluded that, eventhough I am able to list OCR files, somehow clusterware is not able to access it. I recovered the OCR file using OCRCONFIG RECOVER <FILENAME> and then started the clusterware. That worked.
