Well we solved it

Al the help got us in the right direction only it was something totaly else

We use tar files for our server installes dus the version of solaris changed from 8 to 10 on the server. After a relinking of all oracle files the problem was gonne.

The wierd thing was that everything worked except the dbms stuff.
