Those are dropped objects and in 10g they go into a recycle bin so you can flash them back. You can purge your recycle bin to get rid of them. Also when you drop the objects you can specify purge to skip the recycle bin.

Subject: BIN$ objects

I seem to have a large number of objects in my schema(Oracle 10 on Linux) with names beginning BIN$

e.g. BIN$IBQisbCMbGfgQAUKRQFY4g==$0

Anyone know what they are and how they were created?
