oinstall group (hopefully not a stupid question)I've always used oracle group dba to install. But I wonder the same thing everytime I do a new installation. I always figured it was for the separation of those in the dba group from the oracle owner. Many people can startup/shutdown database as long as they are in the dba group, but only oracle:oinstall can go in and mess with binaries/files and such.
