I'm not familiar with the connect by, but I'll see what I can come up with. At this point, it looks like redoing all the constraints might be the way to go since not all child tables use the companyid as the foreign key. Same applies to the grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Of course, then I have to remember to reset all the constraints to their original form so the application doesn't do something it shouldn't.
