Just a little addition to that:

Check the db_files parameter in your spfile and subtract from 202 (the 'odd' file number you saw) and the result is the tempfile number

Now I thought that the p1 and p2 values pointed to the file# and block# values. However, there is no file with an id of 202 in this database:
