Standards doc on recovery

Anyone have an "audit"(sox) document on recovery? We could use a template. Every shop is different, but still, most points should be similar.  

We figure we are ONLY going to do RMAN since that is our goal.  

Just doesn't make sense that one would try to cover EVERYTHING.
