Thanks for pointing me to partition views, I supposed it was deceased, but Tom Kyte toldme It was an option to use. This saves the work of creating function table to execute queries.
I tested and takes the same number of consistent gets to access through partitioned views than querying directly the table, if you remember to set the constraints, the view and gather statistics.

Remember the reason for this is Oracle Standar Edition don't have partitioning option and on Enteprise Edition it has a cost. And honestly for small things is really very simple to create a "manual" partitioning.
