As it's statspack output, which gathers system-wide statistics, some other sessions could be contributing to these stats too.  

Check whether the rdbms ipc reply wait events parameter1 value is the same as Oracle PID (not SPID) of CKPT's session. If it is, then your session is waiting for CKPT.
