From Certification Matrix: RAC for Unix on HP-UX PA-RISC at OTN it seems that
Oracle10gR2 RAC is supported for HP-UX 11i (11.11) with HP
ServiceGuard (11.16) or Oracle Clusterware. For more info:

Scott, HP-UX 11i v1 (11.11) is supported only for PA-RISC and HP-UX
11i v2 (11.23) is supported for PA-RISC and Itanium. Regards.
