I'm guessing you mean that the database and monitoring software are on a server (or servers) and you just get alerts to the handheld device? Or are you talking about actually running Oracle on a handheld device?

I use custom scripts, HP OVOW and the 10g DB Console for monitoring and have all of them configured to send alerts to an Outlook folder, which in turn applies filters & rules to forward the urgent messages to my cell phone. That is my handheld monitoring, but maybe you have something graphical and/or interactive in mind?
