RDBMS is 10.2.0.2 for all my databases. But I can only see 10.2.0.1 Grid
control... I hope this version different doesn't really matter...

Correct and more : the default DB behind 10.2.0.1 OEM grid control is
10.1.0.4, so the number between DB and OEM version are only a general
level indication.
