Veritas Netbackup for Oracle question

Hello,

I created a policy that has 5 scripts (to backup 5 small databases on the same server) in the "Backup selection". It successfully backs up 4 of the 5 databases, but for one of them it gives the error:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ch00 channel at 08/15/2006 02:15:28 ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="bk_u4vhqophf_s159_p1_t598500911_dCDSP", parms="" ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:

   VxBSACreateObject: Failed with error:    Server Status: system call failed

RMAN> Any idea what could be causing this?
