System tablespace Default creation -> DMT or LMT in ver 10.2 ?

• By Default on creation is the system tablespace - DMT or LMT in ver Oracle 10.2?
• Which is advisable & why?

If System tablespace if LMT, conversion of Other Tablespaces of the Database from LMT to DMT is NOT possible.
