Does v$undostat report the same time period ?. what version of oracle.9.2.0.X

We have a number of 1555's in the alert log over the weekend. However I don't entirely believe the duration, since the query apparently dates from before Oracle was invented

ORA-01555 caused by SQL statement below (SQL ID: dsphq1qsnymv8, Query Duration=1154655032 sec, SCN: 0x0000.dd9542ce): I don't get any rows returned when I query v$sql on the above sql_id. (the sql id is always the same). Anyone else seen these ludicrous durations?
