I have finished to install the following product in the order you suggested:
- Oracle 10.2.0.1

• IAS 10.1.2.0.2
• GRID Control10.2.0.2

And didn't get any error.

So something else probably caused the OUI error but I'm not been able to identify it.

And It will be hard as there are few debug tool under windows."
