Oracle on VMWare ESX - go or no-go?

Should I be even considering running small Oracle databases inside VMWare's ESX
hosted virtual systems?

In my situation, I would gladly settle for up to 10% in overhead costs (like

slower I/O, lesser potent CPU juice) in exchange for flexibility that comes with virtual hosts if someone who tried it gives a nod...

If you tried it and were happy and/or unhappy with results, please let me know
(on-list, off-list).

Thanks,

Branimir Petrovic
