Hello,

Anyone on this list have experience getting snmpwalk info back from Oracle Intelligent Agent for Oracle 9i running on AIX 5? I would like to get this working.

I installed Oracle 9i 9.2.0.1 on AIX 5L( 5.2.0.10) box, along with the Oracle Intelligent Agent:

# netstat -an | egrep '161|162|199|1521|1748|1754|1808|1809'

I can run "tnsping" on 1748 and 1754 but not 1808 or 1809. How can I get data back from the agent? Do I need to install a second smux running on 1001 or 1161 to snmpwalk dbsnmp?

snmpwalking any of 1748, 1754, 1808, or 1809 fails to return anything:

snmpalk -c public -v 1 192.168.1.52:1748 .1.3.6.1.4.1.111

What am I doing wrong?

Much Thanks!
Mike
