Is your test code connecting many times (in parallel)? If so, you will be using SYS.AUDSES$ sequence. Have a look at Metalink note 4390868.8 for a workaround.

I saw the blurb in the reference guide. This is a test box. No one else is on it. No sequences in any of the test code.  

any more detailed docs?      

SQ is related to sequences. Are you using ORDERed sequences on RAC?
