No major issues. In fact if you see bug list for existing 9i versions, there are not many bug fixes on adv replication. Adv Replication is quite stable in 9i.

Although not related to the upgrade, make sure you upgrade to latest 9i patch
because earlier versions had issues with replicating MERGE command (Threw internal error).
