These messages in given alert log were full checkpoints caused by log switch.

Incremental checkpoint is an ongoing process, there really isn't a number of them - in essence it's just CKPT process checking how far DBWR is with it's writings and updating this info in controlfiles every 3 seconds. *Incremental* checkpoint entries in alert log are just status messages on checkpoint progress as far as I know, not individual checkpoint completion messages.
