If you are or are to be an Oracle Applications [aka eBusiness Suite] DBA, generally [say all Apps DBAs ?]
have to install the Oracle Application Server, the eBusiness Apps Software *and* the RDBMS software.
(The person might be an in-house DBA or a Consultant or a Vendor -- but it is a 1-man job)
