Hello Madhu

Can you please clarify why you need the second set in the second data center.
I can see two possibilities:
1) You have one RAC node in each center, so each node will access the local copy.
2) You need it for recovery.

If it is the second case then you should check also using SAN replication, controller to controller, and keep your system simple.
