and we applied 5140461_Apr_14_2006 too on top of 10.2.0.2, this interimpatch requires opatch 10.2.0.2 which ships with 10.2.0.2 patchset. It is labeled as Oracle Critical Patch Update April 2006 for Oracle Database Server Version 10.2.0.2 Patch 1, Release Date: April 26th, 2006
