It looks like there are several books available:

Oracle Application Server 10g Web Development (Oracle Press) by Chris Ostrowski and Bradley D. Brown,
Oracle Application Server 10g Administration Handbook (Oracle Press) by John Garmany and Donald K. Burleson

Perhaps someone who has used one of these books can report their usefulness. Also, Amazon and books.google.com allow you to sample books to help you determine which book will suit your needs.
