Yes, EM 10.2.0.1 is available, what is missing is the certication of RDBMS 10gR2 as valid release for the EM repository.According to Metalink

*Available* 9.2.0.6, 9.2.0.6 RAC, 10.1.0.4, 10.1.0.4 RAC *Planned* 10.2Though we were told that the certification for 10.2 is coming "real soon"
