	According to the article, the migration process involves
	swapping out non-locked pages and swapping back
	in to the new mem location.
	
	This does not at first sound terribly efficient. 
	 
....	migration/[0-N] server a NUMA purpose so there is call for that
in "real
	life" btw. Someone has to "re-home" pages for a migration to
adjacent
      physical memory.
