changing characterset to win1252 locale setting hp-ux problems

I have changed succesfully the characterset to mswin1252 on 9.2.0.6 database (HPUX 11.11)
I still have a few clients on hp-ux 10.20 which have a problem with this setting
This is probably due to the nls_lang setting on hp-ux. As far as I understand this is limited to the installed locales on hp-ux.

Before I start chasing my uxadmin I am looking for the relation between all those things.
With locale -a I see all installed locales and there are lot of iso88591 and some roman8
I used to come from iso88591p1 characterset.

I cannot find any info about win1252 on hpux on the internet and also the archives from this list.
My question is:
- I assume all locale and local NLS setting relate to the locales installed. So what locale should be installed in order to support win1252 on HPUX clients (10.20)?

Tnx in advance,

Jeroen
